Ideal for either vacationing in the countryside or working remotely. There is direct access from the yard to the 1 maintenance tracks, which are serviced until the end of spring due to snow. Aurinkotupa is located approx. 1 km from the cottage, a suitable excursion destination for even small hikers (cafe, reindeer, lean-to, sledding hill, children's ski area). A Thule trolley/sleigh for two children can be used if agreed, e.g. 50 e/week. Summer and autumn outdoor trails also run close by. The cottage is located at the end of its own road, in a quiet location.
The cottage has two bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, washroom, electric sauna, separate toilet, sleeping loft and remote working loft. Kitchen and laundry facilities recently renovated. At the same time installed underfloor heating with geothermal heating. In front of the cottage there is a wooden shed and two parking spaces, one with a heating pole (charging for electric cars separately if agreed).
The bedroom downstairs has a 160 cm wide double bed and the other has two 80 cm wide frame mattress beds. If necessary, a children's travel cot can be borrowed for the bedroom. In the living room, a spacious corner sofa. In the dining area there is a table with a high chair if necessary. Kitchen modern, including integrated dishwasher and induction hob. Iiittala tableware for eight. From the dining area, access to a small cooling terrace with a view of the fell. In the washroom, in addition to the shower room, there is a dressing corner and a toilet. The sauna beds offer views of the fells. A separate toilet has a washing machine and a drying cupboard. The sleeping loft has three 80 cm frame mattress beds and two 80 cm frame mattresses. An adjustable desk in a remote loft).
At the end of the cottage is a wood-burning bellows, which can be rented separately by agreement from the end of April to October. The rent of Palju is 150e/for heating and filling and 200e/for two floors. The pod must be filled, heated and cleaned by yourself.
Departure date in high season is usually Saturday or Sunday in the booking calendar, options can be requested if necessary. If necessary, final cleaning and bed linen can be ordered separately (except in high season weeks 8-15, when final cleaning is included in the price). Final cleaning costs 80 euros and linen sets 25 e/person. Pets are agreed separately for an additional price of 30 e/pet. In principle, well-behaved and clean indoor pets are welcome.
