Vaihtopäivä yleensä lauantai, mutta voidaan myös joustaa, kesällä ja syksyllä myös vuorokausittain. Paksuista keloista hyvin veistetty mökki. Keittiössä kaikki kodinkoneet, runsas astiasto ja hyvät ruuanlaittovälineet. Lasten syöttötuoli. TV, DVD, cd-stereoradiosoitin, pyykinpesukone ja kuivauskaappi, hiustenkuivaaja ja silitysvälineet. Mökissä on 2 mh, toisessa 160cm parisänky, toisessa kahdet kerrossängyt, 80cm leveitä. Varaava luonnonkivitakka Lapin sammalkivestä. Varastossa valmiiksi tehdyt takkapuut. Liinavaatteet eivät sisälly hintaan, mutta voidaan järjestää tarvittaessa n. 20 €/setti. Loppusiivous ei sisälly hintoihin, vaan asiakas huolehtii siitä. Lemmikkieläimet sopimuksen mukaan, tupakointi kielletty. Erinomainen sijainti Hotelli Ylläsrinteen lähellä, suksibussi kulkee vierestä, ladut ja vaellusreitit välittömässä läheisyydessä. Booking and cancellation terms
The apartment is available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and delivery by 12:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and modification of a reservation
Cancellation must always be made in writing, by email erkki.koivula@kutukolo.fi. The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the host was informed of the cancellation.

If the customer cancels the reservation, the share of the reservation fee (approx. 20% of the rental price of the resort) will not be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled for any reason other than the one mentioned below later than 28 days before or during the rental period, the payments made by the customer will not be refunded at allIn the event of a sudden illness (medical certificate), accident or death of a customer or a close relative, which forcefully prevents the departure of the trip or causes an interruption, the customer has the right to terminate the contract and recover the price paid, minus a reasonable fee.
If the guest cancels their reservation after this time limit for no particular reason, they must claim compensation from their own travel insurance.
Cancellations due to travel restrictions caused by a global or local COVID-19 (coronavirus) epidemic or pandemic
If a booking is cancelled later than 28 days before or during the rental period due to the fact that the customer is unable to arrive at the property at the time of booking due to the fact that the country of origin of the customer or Finland as the country of accommodation has imposed travel restrictions due to an epidemic or pandemic, not the customer's payments made will be refunded at all. Travel restrictions do not constitute a Force Majeure situation because international/national travel restrictions imposed in an epidemic/pandemic are not unpredictable. -
Payment terms
Booking fee approx. 20% of the price of the property and the final payment 1 month before the reservation begins.
If the reservation is made less than 1 month, no prepayment will be charged, but the entire payment must be paid at once.
