New cottage in a great location on the side of Ylläsjärvi, near the bike park, 400m from the Länsiraja lift. Ski trails and hiking trails from the edge of the property!
The cottage has a wonderful Ala Carte kitchen, high quality cooking equipment, induction hob with fan, breakfast cabinet, dishwasher, microwave and oven. In the living room there is a handsome corner sofa from which you can enjoy the winter landscapes of Lapland
or watch TV.Three bedrooms and a living room have beds for 6+2 people. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second room has two single beds that can be brought together if needed and the third has a full length bunk bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room
.In the sauna there is a Sauna stove for soft steam, in the utility room there is a drying cabinet and a washing machine for larger laundry and a toilet, another separate toilet is also available. There is a good passage from the hallway to the utility room and the rig can be easily dried in the drying cabinet. There is also plenty of space in the hallway for outerwear and boots, and helmets have their own shelf. Outside there is a storage room and a canopy for the car with a heating plug. Charging for electric/hybrid cars is agreed separately
.The nearest slope and the West Frontier lift are about 400 metres away, which can be reached by descending back down. A lighted ski trail runs from the front of the property. The Eeli shop is 4.3 km away, the Saaga Hotel and Spa 1.2 km away and the restaurant is the same. You can take your pet with you on vacation. Please inform us, however, as we will have to charge an additional fee of 50e (cleaning fee)
.N.B. Final cleaning is included in the weekly price. Pet fee is 50e and bed linen 20e/set upon request. The reservation fee is 30% and the final payment is 30 days before the stay.
Cancellation policy: A charge of 30% of the total price if the reservation is canceled after booking and the total price of the reservation if you cancel less than 30 days before arrival.
