Welcome to enjoy and relax in our modern holiday villa near the slopes of Ylläsjärvi! We want to share our beautiful holiday home with others when we are not using it ourselves, so that others have the opportunity to enjoy the comforts of the house and the stunning views. Please note, however, that this is our second home and we do not allow parties or events in the house
.
The location is great for active vacationers: 200 meters to the ski slopes, 350 meters to the ski-bus, 700 m to the west lift. From the glass porch and the lava, you can admire the landscape of the fell, and from the living room and sauna you can enjoy the forest view in peace.
The
villa has modern facilities for 8-9 persons: 3 bedrooms, oh/k, spacious glass porch, 2 wc/kph and sauna. In addition, there is a remote work station and a carport. Children are taken into account in the equipment.
*Bedroom 1 (10 m²): 160 cm wide double bed with frame mattress, view of the fell
*Bedroom 2 (9 m²): 2x80 cm stacked beds with high quality foam mattresses
*Bedroom 3 (10 m²): location on the right side of the glass porch, connected to the separate sauna wing, 2x80 cm frame beds and 140 cm loft bed, remote workstation, own air heat pump - separate refrigerator and water/coffee making facilities e.g. for morning meals
*Living room/kitchen (38 m²): large windows offer a wonderful forest view, a sense of peace - no neighboring houses in front, fully equipped kitchen, Iittala Taika tableware, large sofa set (3 m wide sofa and 2 m wide sofa), dining table for 10 persons, air heat pump
*Warm glass porch (17 m²): great view of both the fell and the backyard and private terrace, large sliding door cabinet and storage bench, sofa corner for lounging and playing
*WC/shower area (5 m²): in the living room, washing machine, tumble dryer, toilet and shower
*Bathroom + dressing room (5 + 6 m²): two showers, toilet, hand basin with drawer, drying cabinet
*Sauna (4,5 m²): atmospheric sauna with beautiful forest landscape
*Carport
*Lean-to: Backyard, private terrace connected to lean-to with fell view
*Belju: in the backyard there is a wood-burning bellows, which can be rented separately if agreed from the end of April to October. The rent of Palju is 150e/for heating and filling and 200e/for two floors. The pod must be filled, heated and cleaned by yourself

*Wood shed: We offer 1 basket for short rentals and 1-2 baskets of firewood for longer rentals
*Children's equipment: travel cot, high chair, toys, sleds
Departure date in high season is usually Saturday or Sunday in the booking calendar, options can be requested if necessary. Final cleaning and bed linen can be ordered separately if necessary. Final cleaning costs 125 euros and linen sets 25 e/person. Pets are agreed separately for an additional price of 100 e. In principle, well-behaved and clean pets are welcome. We are happy to provide more information about the destination.
