Experience the charm of Lapland in a cozy apartment. The semi-detached apartment is located on a quiet road ending in Ylläs in Ylläsjärvi in Palovaara. Ski tracks and winter trails run close to the cottage. To the slopes and the shop about 3 km. Airport and train transfers come 500 m away. When staying with a dog, great jogging trails.
Quietly located semi-detached apartment with sleeping places for four, a double bed and a sofa bed for two.
The apartment has a living-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom and sauna in total 52 m2.
The larger bedroom has a double bed, 160 cm wide, equipped with a motor function.
The
smaller bedroom has a roll-out sofa bed. The sofa bed is either 80 cm wide or 160 cm wide when spread out. This room has a work desk, equipped with a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse.
Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout roller blinds, so that the sun of a sleepless night does not interfere with a night's sleep.
The equipment
of the kitchen is comprehensive. The kitchen-living room has a compact dining table and a large sofa. Kitchen equipment includes coffee maker, kettle, toaster, Nespresso (Essenza) capsule machine, microwave and fondue set
.
The apartment has two TVs, one in the living room kitchen and the other in the larger bedroom. Both TVs have Chromecast.
The apartment has wifi.
Final cleaning is not included in the price, it will be charged €100.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the reservation and can be ordered separately. The set includes; sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, large and small towel. The price of the set is 35€ and it is pre-made.
