Both apartments in the semi-detached house in Ylläsjärvi Palovaara are rented.
Both apartments have a living-kitchen, two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two beds in the loft, a sofa bed in the living room, sauna, shower/toilet, drying cupboard, dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace, TV, high-speed fiber optic connection, chromecast. For cars, heating places in the yard. In stock ski lubrication rack.
Both apartments have been renovated 2018-2022. Finally, washrooms and saunas in May 2022. No pets are allowed on the A-side. On the B-side, pets are welcome
.Excellent location near the ski network and snowmobile trails. A quality holiday destination even in summer and autumn! From the yard you can go hiking to the fell, cycling, berry picking or even hunting. State hunting grounds start directly from the cottage yard
.We cooperate with Hotel Ylläsrinne, which is located near the cottage. The accommodation includes free use of the hotel gym from 8 am to 9 pm and when using the gym, the hotel shower facilities and sauna from 15 pm to 5 pm. Our guests have the opportunity to dine at the hotel at a reduced price, -15% of the restaurant's alacarte prices. Notification of cottage accommodation to the waiter is enough to receive an advantage. The benefits are valid during hotel opening hours.
From thehotel you can take a ski bus directly to the slopes. A train bus to Kolari and an airport bus to Kittila run through the hotel. There is also a toboggan rental shop next to the hotel
.The electronic booking calendar is always up to date. A semi-detached house appears booked when at least one of the apartments is booked. We also rent apartments separately.
