Villa Kieppi is a cozy and well-equipped semi-detached house completed in spring 2022. Villa kieppi is located on the sunnier side of Ylläs in Ylläsjärvi. The nearest ski lift is approx. 250m away. You can descend from the longest ski slope in Finland directly to the cottage yard. Illuminated ski trails and a toboggan trail run approx. 50 m from the cottage. From Bike Park track no.8 you descend directly to the cottage.
The cottage is designed for the needs of an active family with children. In the hallway there is plenty of space for clothes, boots, helmets and more. The utility room has a drying washing machine and a drying cupboard. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. In the living room, an air heat pump for cooling in summer
and heating in winter. The
stylish and well-equipped kitchen designed by Puustell combines with a bright living room with plenty of seating space, large windows facing the fell and a 65-inch Android smart TV. Fiber optic enables fast, free, wireless Internet access and a comprehensive channel package.
The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two bunk beds. In addition, in the living room there are two folding bed chairs.
Ylläs has been selected as the best outdoor destination in the Nordic countries in 2020. Its seven fells provide a wonderful setting for outdoor activities at any time of the year. Ylläs is home to Finland's longest ski slopes and the country's most comprehensive ski network. You can also do winter biking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, downhill biking, camping, canoeing, fishing, snowmobiling, etc. Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Ylläs and the tranquility of nature.
