.The cabin has sleeping places for 8 + 2 people. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Upstairs loft comfortably accommodates 4
+ 2 people.This cottage is spectacular with its high public spaces. The cottage has an atmospheric and spacious kitchen-living room. A fireplace creates ambience for a stay. The cabin is fully equipped and the cabin has, for example, a drying washing machine, an air heat pump (cooling and heating), fiber optic connection and smart lock on the front door. Villa Aava offers spacious entrance areas for storing outdoor clothes, as well as a separate utility room. Guests with children are taken into account at Villa Aava and the loft has, among other things, a separate lounge area for play and rest. The bedroom has a remote workstation that allows you to work remotely
.In connection with the cottage there is a warm outdoor equipment storage room with the possibility of servicing, among other things, skis. The possibility of charging the electric car for an additional fee (50€ per reservation). Final cleaning is included in the seasonal weekly rental, otherwise 170€ per stay will be billed for the final cleaning.
Asmall indoor pet is allowed in this cabin. The pet fee is €80 per stay (additional cleaning fee), please inform your party at the time of booking. Linen for an additional fee, 19€ per person/stay
.Villa Aava is located close to the slopes of Ylläs, but in a quiet location at the end of the road that ends near the ski and outdoor trails. Hotel Saaga's spa and gym facilities, snowmobile and fatbike trails and other ski resort facilities are located nearby

Other rental termsSmall pets are allowed at this property. Keeping pets in the cottage without a separate agreement with the owner is prohibited. Pets are subject to an extra charge of €80 (additional cleaning fee) during their stay. The need to charge the electric car must also be stated at the time of booking (50€/stay). The renter must be of legal age, that is, 18 years or older. No more people can be accommodated in the cabin than indicated in the destination information. The tenant is responsible for the apartment (including movable property) during the rental period, and promises to compensate for any damage caused, including the deductible part of the insurance. The main responsible tenant mentioned in the rental invoice is responsible for the cabin, the furniture and the compliance with the reservation/rental conditions for all guests staying and visiting the cottage during the rental period. Smoking in the interior of the cottage is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise stated, the cabin is available to the guest from the day of arrival at 5 pm until the day of departure at 11 am. The rental of the cottage includes free use of the cabin, the carport and the storage room, except for the locked space in the mobile storage room. The customer brings his own bed linen or orders it in advance from the landlord (use of linen is mandatory). In the sauna you are asked to use a board cloth, and the cottage has disposable table cloths for the customer's use. The cabin has a separate storage key. If the key is lost, the tenant is obliged to replace it. The renewal fee is 350€ per key. The final cleaning of the cottage by the cleaning company is included in the weekly rental of the seasonal season, otherwise the final cleaning will be invoiced separately (170€/reservation). The tenant is responsible for general tidying up before leaving the cottage, such as putting furniture in place, taking out rubbish, taking out bottles and cans, emptying the fridge and freezer, and washing dishes and placing them in cupboards.
