This cottage is completed in February 2024. This detached cottage has a fantastic location right at the foot of the Ylläs slopes at the end of Lännentie. From Kolari Railway Station and Kittilä Airport both about 40 km to this place.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room-kitchen with a high roof, a separate entrance room with plenty of drying and storage space for outdoor clothes and equipment, a washroom, a utility room, a sauna and another separate toilet. The wide-sized loft has sleeping places for six. There are eight beds in total, in addition to two extra beds in the loft. It is a unique, architect-designed complex that offers a high-quality facilities for a comfortable and active holiday at all times of the year. On the same plot there are five detached cottages, of which Villa Eloisa is outermost by a beautiful forest view.
Ski trails and hiking trails go right near the cottage and the trails can be reached by walking directly from the cottage yard. The nearest ski lift, the western lift, is about 500m away and skilled skiers can find a route from the slope directly to the cottage yard. Gondola lifts, Ylläs Main Lift Station is 1.2 km away.
The cottage is equipped with a comprehensive set of dishes and cooking utensils, an air heat pump (cooling and heating), a drying cabinet, a washing machine, a smart TV, smart lock and high-speed fibre optic internet, which enables remote working, for example. The second bedroom has a small remote workstation.
The destination is very suitable for families with children and in the cottage you can find a travel cot and high chair as well as toys for children. The stairs to the loft as well as the railings are secure and child gates can be found at both ends of the stairs.
The cabin includes a carport and a spacious warm storage room that can store bikes, skis and ski equipment and where equipment can be serviced. An electric car home charging station is available at the carport for an additional fee (50e/ reservation).
During the high season (spring and Christmas season) we primarily rent whole weeks. Cleaning (170€) is included in the price of the weekly rental, for shorter rentals it is billed as an additional service.
The tenant also has the opportunity to order bed linen and towels brought to the cottage at a price of €20 per person.
Indoor pets are welcome at our cottage, with an additional cleaning fee of €80 per pet.

Other rental termsThe renter must be 18 years of age or older. No more people can be accommodated in the cabin than indicated in the destination information. The tenant is responsible for the apartment and movable property during the rental period, and promises to compensate for any damage caused, including the deductible part of the insurance. The renter is the primary tenant and is therefore responsible for the cabin, the furniture and the compliance with the rental conditions for all those staying and visiting the cottage during the rental period. Smoking in the interior of the cottage is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise stated, the cottage is available to the renter from the day of arrival at 5 p.m. until the departure date at 11 a.m. The rental of the cottage includes free use of the cabin, carport and outdoor storage. The renter brings his own bed linen or orders them in advance from the landlord, the use of bed linen is mandatory. In the sauna you are asked to use a board cloth and the cottage has disposable table cloths for use by renters. The cabin has a separate outdoor storage key. If the key is lost, the tenant is obliged to replace it. The renewal fee is €200/key. The final cleaning of the cottage by the cleaning company is included in the price of the weekly rental during high season, otherwise the final cleaning will be invoiced separately (170€/reservation). The tenant is responsible for general tidying up before leaving the cottage, such as putting furniture in place, taking out rubbish, taking out bottles and cans, emptying the fridge and freezer, and washing dishes and placing them in cupboards. Indoor pets are welcome at our cottage if agreed. The pet will be subject to an extra charge of €80 for the duration of the stay. The need to charge the electric car must be stated at the time of booking, price 50€/ reservation.
