Villa Pepper new and modern two-storey ski-inn detached cottage (47m2 + low-rise 20m2 loft) in a quiet area of Ylläsjärvi Tunturipalo; close to slopes, trails, winter walking paths and services.
Villa Pepper is a modern, comprehensively and qualitatively equipped cottage completed in late 2023, which we rent for one couple or a small family. Pepper is suitable for remote work as well as for holidays.
On the ground floor of Villa Pepper you can find:
- a bedroom with a decent Yankee bed and an open shelf for cloakroom
- spacious hallway with drying cabinet and large storage cabinet
- compact but functional sauna+bathroom+toilet (incl. washing machine)
- spacious living area: with a good lounger sofa and a 65" flat-screen TV and a well-equipped open kitchen with dishes, accessories and a dining table for 6
- WLAN
- Access from the living area to the fenced terrace
The second floor of Villa Pepper is a spacious low-rise loft where you can find
- frame mattress beds for three and one spare bed
- remote work points for two incl.: monitors, electric desks, mice and work chairs
- small mobile workstation and seat ball
- chests of drawers and a coat rack for cloakroom
- beanbags and footstool for defecation
- the enclosed stairs leading to the loft are steep and the children's gate is up -> however, we do not recommend accommodation for small toddlers. There are no high chairs or cots at Villa Pepper
.In the yard there is a lockable warm storage room and 2 parking spaces (one with an electric pole).
The exchange date is Saturday and the rental period is 7-14 days, for shorter periods Pepper is not rented. Towels or bed linen are not included in the rental. Blankets and pillows can be found at Villa Pepper
.In a few hundred meters you can reach the forest for a ski track, a toboggan trail, as well as winter hiking - mountain biking trails. It takes 1.2km (short cut) through the forest to the slopes and 1.5km along
