During the off-season, we aim to rent for whole weeks. Intervals can be rented for shorter periods of time. Our luxury log villa, which has received very positive feedback from our customers, is located in Ylläsjärvi, in the immediate vicinity of the summer and winter routes.
Ylläs is known as a winter athlete's paradise. However, it is a great place to vacation even during the molten country, either hiking or cycling.
Ylläs and the seven fells around it offer a great setting. The Ylläsjärvi-Äkäslompolo trail ascending to Yllästuntur rewards you with a wide landscape of fells. The route that connects the villages has a desert atmosphere and silence surrounds the person who walks in nature

Villa Väinölä is of a very high standard and well equipped. There are plenty of quality dishes for even large groups of people cooking. The total area of the villa is about 200 m2 (5 bedrooms, 4 toilets and two bathrooms with a total of three showers). Upstairs there is a spacious living-kitchen with fireplace and three bedrooms. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a sauna section, a utility room at the second entrance and a lobby from which you can get a sixth room by pulling the curtains. It has a sofa bed for two to three. In addition, there are several mattresses. The bedrooms each have two beds. Two bedrooms have fixed double beds, but other rooms can also accommodate double beds if necessary. One of the bedrooms is a so-called en-suite room with its own toilet and a small walk-in closet. Additional mattresses can each be placed in the desired location. There are even separate mattresses for children, as well as two baby travel beds. Downstairs you will find a ping-pong table and board games. Child gates are upstairs and downstairs, as well as a high chair for the little ones in the family. From the sauna section on the ground floor there is access to a covered terrace with a jacuzzi (for an additional fee) From the upstairs kitchen there is access to another large terrace with terrace furniture and a high-quality Muurika electric grill for frying pancakes or grilling. The villa is located in a quiet location on Ylläsjärvi at the end of the Lännentie Mountains, but close to the ski slopes and hiking trails. In early spring, the villa can be lowered directly from the slope. Cycling, skiing, hiking, snowshoeing and snowmobiling can also be done conveniently directly from the villa's courtyard. There is a fiber optic connection and the possibility of charging an electric car. So if you want to offer the best for your family, group of friends or your work community, your choice is Villa Väinölä, near the ski resort in Ylläsjärvi. The villa can accommodate several families at the same time.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
