Yläänsi is a three-storey ski house with 11 apartments in a quiet area close to the ski and outdoor trails and the ski resort. To cross country tracks, toboggan trails, ski slopes, winter trail routes (winter cycling, snowshoeing), summer outdoor trails by walking/cycling for a short distance. The nearest one is the Länsiraja lift (check the open spaces www.yllas.fi). Location of the housing company Lännentie - Upper West 3, Ylläsjärvi 67°32'42.9"N 24°15'15.7"E
Apartment 6, which is available for rent, is located on the middle floor of the sluice house and has been completed for the spring 2020 season. The apartment has accommodation for 2 people + an extra bed for 1-2 people. The apartment has a separate bedroom (double bed with double mattress for 2 persons), a living room/kitchen (with a sofa bed for 1-2 persons), a WC, a sauna and a spacious balcony, as well as
a parking space.Equipment: dishwasher, tableware, fridge-freezer, coffee and electric kettle, blender, electric mixer, toaster, extractor hood, ceramic stove+convection oven, microwave, fireplace, firewood, TV, vacuum cleaner, washing machine (also in the apartment), cleaning tools, pillows, blankets, toilet and kitchen paper it. Bed linen is included for 2 persons. Final cleaning for an additional price of 100 euros or self-made
final cleaning. Awashing machine, 2 drying cabinets and a ski lubrication rack are located on the lower floor of the apartment building and are used by the apartment. The apartments have fibre optic access and an air source heat pump.
