The well-equipped kitchen includes a 6-person crockery, high-quality cooking utensils, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a convection oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster. The apartment also has a washing machine, drying cupboard and Samsung smart TV, Playstation games console, Tivoli Audio radio, bluetooth speaker and high-speed Wi-Fi internet access (fibre optic)
. In thebasement there is a spacious and warm ski maintenance room and an apartment-specific lockable storage room for storing skis, sledges etc. Ylläs Sport Resort Gondola Lift and 330 km of Ylläs ski trails are only 300 metres away. You can return from the ski slope directly on skis to the yard!
There is a direct bus service from Kolar Train Station and Kittilä Airport to your destination.

The reservation fee is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled completely at the request of the tenant.
If the payment for the reservation has not been paid on time, the owner of the apartment has the right to cancel the reservation.
The booking fee is 20% of the total price, payable immediately, no later than 2 business days after booking. The paid booking fee will confirm the booking. The final payment must be paid no later than 1 month before the start of the accommodation. The booking fee is deducted from the total price. If the payment for the reservation has not been paid on time, the owner of the apartment has the right to cancel
the reservation.For payment, the account number is sent via the online cabin and when the reservation is paid in full, the owner sends clear arrival instructions by email to the tenant.
The rental price includes accommodation for the agreed number of people.
At the end of the rental period, the apartment must be handed back in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the rental period.
Bed linen and final cleaning are not included in the basic price of the cottage. Bed linen can be booked at a price of 20 €/person. Final cleaning can be ordered as an additional service for 70€
.If you have ordered a cleaning service:
Take garbage, empty cans, bottles, cardboard, as well as all food supplies out of the apartment.
Make sure that the dishes are washed thoroughly and the refrigerator emptied and wiped.
Check that the dishwasher and washing machine taps are closed.
From the cooker hood, set the air conditioning to position 1.
Before you leave, make sure that the doors and windows are closed.
Return the apartment keys and any lift tickets to the key service.
If you have not ordered a cleaning service:
Wash the dishes thoroughly.
Drain and wipe the refrigerator.
Clean the stove, oven and hood glass.
Wipe the kitchen levels, as well as the dining table and chairs.
Wipe other shelf levels and table surfaces.
Empty the trash bins and take the trash to the yard waste and recycling bins. Put new garbage bags in the garbage cans.
Leave pillows and blankets neatly over the beds.
If you have moved furniture, move it back to its original place.
Vacuum the floors and wipe them with a damp mop.
Wash the toilet, bathroom floor, shower cubicle and sauna. Also clean the mirrors in the toilet and bathroom.
