Illuminated tracks and bike paths can be reached directly from the yard and Ylläs ski slopes with their services can be found less than 2 km away. A ski bus stop can be found about 200 m away. Also, snowmobilers can access the toboggan route immediately from the yard without separate transitions.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room. In total, there are beds for up to six. Very suitable for families with children.
Thekitchen has a wide range of cooking utensils and dishes for 6 people. In addition, the apartment has a washing machine, drying cabinet, high chair, cot, fireplace, two TVs (from the living room and in the second bedroom) .The apartment has had dogs, so it is not suitable for

Booking and cancellation termsMaking a reservation is not binding on the customer. After booking, I will send you more detailed booking conditions, as well as payment instructions by separate e-mail. The reservation is confirmed by binding payment of the rental price by the due date. The reservation will expire if payment has not been made by the due date.
Any cancellation will be made by calling or emailing. - The amount paid will be fully refunded when there is more than 21 days from the start of the booking date. - If there is less than 21 days from the beginning of the booking period, the customer will be refunded 30% of the amount paid. - If there is less than 48 hours from the beginning of the booking period, the customer will be refunded 20% of the amount paid.
